    what other fruits are good pwo?

    other than bananas, what fruit is good to add to a pwo shake with whey and oats?

    High glucose fruits or juices - banana, pineapple, dates, grapes, grape juice, orange juice etc.... Also, those high in anti-oxidants such as berries are good for scavanging free radicals that are increased after exercise.

    Is nothing safe
    What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

    If you are cutting then IMO berries are your best option. For bulking any fruit.
