    Nutrional content of Tilapia?

    Anyone know...approximately? Couldn't find it on Fitday...

    And according to this link, it's a little different for 4 oz.

    110 cals, 2.5 fat, 1 carb, 21 prot.

    Thanks GG... I just had about 8 oz. tonight... Sauteed with a tiny bit of butter and breadcrumbs! Yum. Awesome fish!

    I get the bags from Sam's and it says for 4 oz 1g. Fat and 21g. Prot. 93 cals.
