I am 175ish and have about 13% body fat and am currently bulking for a goal of 190 by the begining of August with minimal body fat. But I want to get my body fat to about 10% or lower as of July 27th. When should i start cutting?

The day you look at yourself naked in the mirror and say, Damn, I'm a Fat Fuck!

In all serious though, when you are no longer comfortable with your appearance. Everyone has there own level of bodyfat that they are comfortable carrying.

    When to cut?

The day you look in the mirror and can't see anything behind you.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

Best time to start a cut is NOW.

No one likes cutting, everyone loves to bulk. (At least, thats me.) Cutting is something you put off and plan for the future, when you should be doing it now.

    Just du it.
