    is this good bread?

for every 2 ozs of bread, theres 29 grams of carbs, .5 grams of fat, 5 grams of fiber, and 5 grams of protein. the ingredients are organic stone ground whole wheat, organic whole rye, rye, water, organic sourdough, soy, caraway seeds, yeast, sea sakt, and raisin juice concentrate.

i realize bread should be limited during to cutting. but if im bulking, would it hurt to have 2 or 3 pieces of this a day?

generally every slice weighs 2 oz's, theres like 15 pieces in the loaf, and it says theres only 10 servings. weird. lol. BTW, the bread is made by "The Baker".

Id say anything with more than 3 grams of fiber per serving is good bread! Whole grains are the most important factor IMHO

As far as bread goes - it looks good. Although it is not going t be as good as a sprouted bread it is high in fibre, has some rye and soy grains and has no added fats or other nasty things (raisin juice is not that bad).

So I say, if you are bulking, then having a few slices will not be that bad for you.
