    Too Many Bannana's?

Is it ok to 2-3 Bannana's a day? They are pretty much the only fruit that I eat regularly and enjoy them, but can you eat too many?

Yeah, they should be fine. Do you eat any pre-workout? Fruits will help you maintain your blood sugar levels during workouts.

I usually have one with breakfast which would be my pre-workout since I go in the early morning.

Here R some Simple Banana Facts:

-- Bananas are high in Potassium.
-- Potassium is Good for the Muscles.
-- Bananas are high in Carbs and so it has been said by the Pros to eat them earlier in the day. (before noon was mentioned?) ....so the body has time to work off the carbs.

My Opinion? Yes, Bananas are an excellent fruit and high source of Potassium, but i personally would limit my banana intake becuz of the high carb content? If one chooses to eat (a few a day) maybe early in the morning is best (as mentioned) or before a good workout?

I'm cutting, but before I was told bananas are not conducive to fat loss, I only ate 2 a day. One first thing in the am & the other blended in my protein shakes post workout.

Even tho i have a fond interest in Nutrition and try to learn as much as i can, i am no nutritionist? My personal opinion about bananas is I would treat them as a Healthy Carb, but with any Carb, they should b used in moderation as with any food? A healthy active young man such as yourself, in my opinion, could consume 2 bananas a day No prob! I know they are an Excellent source of Potassium which is Excellent for keeping the Muscles healthy so who knows....maybe those who work out the Muscles hard(er) could use more repair as well as more Potassium and therefore more bananas? An interesting school of thought?

You can eat them whilst trying to loose weight and initially whilst cutting. But, for the last few weeks of a COMPETITION cutting diet, most people like to take them out for other carb sources.

Otherwise, especially if you are active (and especially if you eat them around your workouts), there is nothing wrong with eating a banana.

Have that to eat with a glass of milk and UR getting in a some Potassium and Protein for Ur Muscles in a delicious kind of way! note: this works great for a morning breakfast in a jiffy!!!
