Cut and gain muscle mass at the same time

I have been gaining muscle mass for about 2 months. My body fat has stayed about the same. I started carbo cycling to try to continue to gain lean muscle mass and lose fat at the same time. Is it possible or am I attemptin the impossible?

It is possible - But it gets a lot harder the leaner you are (the lower your BF% the less likely it will happen).

What is your current diet and training like?

diet and training

I train with weights 3 days per week. Each body part gets trained once per week. I change my routine about every month, otherwise I quit making gains.

I recently upped my aerobics from 3 times a week at 20 minutes to 4 times per week at 30 minutes.

Carb cycling - 2 days per week, about 40%, 40%, 20% split between protein, carbs and fat at just a little over my maintenance level of calories.

next 2 days - 55,25,20 split with a total of about a 10% reduction in calories

next 3 days - 65,15,20 split with a total of about a 20% reduction in calories, below maintenance.
