From a Bulking diet to a Cutting diet
How do most of you change your diets when going from a bulking cycle to a cutting cycle?
Do you eat the same foods but in lesser quantities/smaller portions? Do you eat less times a day? Do you completly change your diet? Different foods for different cycles? Looking for a little feedback......cheers! |

Your first suggestion. Same healthy foods, Smaller portions, less calories.
