I get my Udo's Blend at The Vitamin Shoppe (they sell regular flax too). The Vitamin Shoppe's prices are not as cheap as online retailers, but way cheaper than any other retail store I've been in. I think I pay something like $15 for the big bottle of Udo's.
From the flax seed fairy of course.
Vitamin Shoppe...saving is minimal if all your buying is one bottle online with shipping and everything.

Flaxseed oil is hard to find and a good one at that. it can be bought at Whole Foods market, henry's Market, and Trader Joe's. Remember to buy the "cold Compressed" if not, your wasting your time and money. Keep it in the fridge. Also, Flaxseed meal is different than the oil, it breaks down in your body for different purposes. If you are worried about the price, well, why are you taking it specifically? If it's for Omega's then eat more fish or alternate fish Salmon oil and flaxseed oil. Hope this helped. i have done al lot of research on Flaxseed, so if you have any ?'s, let me know.
