Today I do what others will not so that tomorrow I can do what others cannot!
Well The Macro breakdown is 45% Pro, 41% Carbs, 14% fat
Add some EFA's, I'm taking fish oil pills, as I can't stomach fish
Veggies needed, I'll Add some celery or spinach to the 2nd meal
