Crazy, the reason I want to loose some fat is due to a interview for a trainee lawyer coming up. I was advised by my current firm that at my current size I may not fit the image of a budding lawyer! I want to keep my cals to around 4000 a day, just worried about my job interview! Maybe its the water retention around my face....

    My diet (typical day)

    Meal 1 * 2

    100g organic large oats
2 33g scoops of whey with500ml skimmed milk

    Meal 2 *3

Dorian Yates weight gainer =52g Complex carbs + 50g protein

    Meal 3

100g Brown rice (uncooked weight) 200g chicken

    Meal 4

2 33g scoops of casein before I goo to bed

I also take the recommend dosage of Flax seed oil, and all in one vitamin

Not very interesting I know also eat 3-5 pieces of fruit a day

OMG, Im really stubborn and wouldnt even want to work for anyone who would make such assumptions/comments about my physique...I mean ur not hired to be a stripper for god's sake....I think thats really sad....

but seriously, do keep the cals high but clean thru pct, if u wanna keep those gains...And i was going insane with water bloat thruout my cycle, once that goes, ull prolly feel a lot better.

As if all lawyers look good!!(ahumm, Shapiro!! )lol And Im not saying u dont look good, Ud just look like a big buffed lawyer!! Its not like ur injecting synthol to have 25 inch biceps or anything!

If ur bulking diet was 4k cals, stick to that for your entire pct. I think that U need more of everyhting, real food...

u know like have egg white omelets with ur oats or something, throw in veggies, canned tuna, cottage cheese...FOOD!!lolol

I think u also need some fat in ur last meal before bed(great time to have cottage cheese + natty pb)...

Im sure one of the diet gurus will give u more precise insight...

True I have never followed a good clean diet for more than 2 weeks, if I just planned my meals in advance and got into the routine I think I could put on a lot of muscle mass naturally. Will have a think about a new diet and post it to get opinions, cheers crazy
