If I wanted to get down to 7% bodyfat, what bodyweight should i stop at? Dont worry about the other factors like water and empty stomach and blah blah blah-just a round figure (excuse the pun)....

It also depends on what ratio you lose -
But, if you were (hypothetically) to drop fat and nothing else:
At the moment you have: 15% of 218 = 185.3 pounds lean mass.
If you want this to be 93% of your total body mass (7% BF) then:
(185.3/93) x 100 = 205.89 pounds would be your target weight.
In real life, you will probably have to go lower - as you will also drop lean body mass in the process of cutting.
