    Cheap high calorie food.

    I need some more calories, What are some cheap high calorie foods? I already eat a lot of eggs, and milk.

    Seeds and Nuts!! A lot of people seem to avoid nuts becuz of High Fat content but we're always reminded 2B sure 2 Eat them (in moderation of course) becuz they're the GOOD FAT!! The EFA stuff. Essential Fatty Acids. ....just what i hear anyway? he. he. Oh ya, U want inexpensive? Go for the good ole Sunflower seeds in a jar! They're great on Salads too for some added protein!

    Yea what about pasta bro? That is very cal dense!! Also any form of fat really...man 1tbl of olive oil has like 170 cals or some shit.
