need to slim down a bit AKA alot had about a year of not doing crap.
5'8" 190lbs 19% or so bodyfat due to my love of partying and beer lol
I know the booze is out the window automatically. I used to train alot but
never got to the point i wanted to be. I want to loose about 20lbs of fat.
diet as follows
meal 1: 1egg 4 whites 1 slice of fat free cheese
1 packet of oatmeal plain of course
Switch your oats to old fashioned rolled oats and add some cinnamon and splenda for taste. Add about 4 more egg whites too or use egg beaters.
meal 2: 2 scoups of ISS reaserch whey matrix w/bananna or skim milk
Is this PWO? Even if it is, a banana is not your best choice to use during a cut, stick with the skim milk instead.
meal 3: 5oz chicken/fish/pork/turkey and 1 cup steamed veggi Good, add some EFA's such as fish oil caps
meal 4: 5oz cottage cheese ontop of salad fat free itailian/ apple Use olive oil and vinegar instead of the FF italian and increase your cottage cheese to a min of 1 cup
meal 5: 5oz chicken/fish/pork/turkey and 1 cup steamed veggi Good add some EFA's
meal 6: 2 scoups of ISS reaserch whey matrix w/ water only You are better off with some cottage cheese and a tablespoon of natural pb or more fish oil caps here.
i will post my routine in the training section
See my comments in bold and also be sure to read the stickies.
