Question can I gain muscle and lose fat at the same time?

I have been gaining muscle mass for about 2 months. My body fat has stayed about the same. I started carbo cycling to try to continue to gain lean muscle mass and lose fat at the same time. Is it possible or am I attempting the impossible?

if you are new to resistance training you can definetly gain LBM and lose bf at the same time. I would focus on your diet and learning how to eat healthy and how to chose foods wisely. IMO, carb cycling is not needed for someone so new to this sport.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
