CLA and Fish Oil
Searched around a bit and couldn't find a definite answer.. hope this hasn't been covered...
I am about to add CLA to my diet. I currently take roughly 8 (grams of) fish oil caps. Do CLA and fish oil compete for absorbtion? I'm unsure if this is even a possiblity but it seems like they might compete for use in the body. If so should I reduce my fish oil intake to maximize the benefits or just continue my normal use of fish oil while using CLA. I was planning on using 4-6 grams of CLA daily. |
