Brands of low sodium protien powders

Anyone out there know of any protien powders that are low in sodium? Mine has 200mg per scoop and I was told that that's kind of high. My diet is basically chicken, oats, green veggies, almonds, fruit and protien powder and I never add salt to my food. Is this something to worry about if the sodium in the protien powder is really the only source of sodium I'm taking in?

    Hey Kim,

You shouldn't worry about taking in too much sodium because by sweating while working out, you lose a lot of electrolytes which you need to replenish after a workout. Your current sodium intake is right on.
