    Help on Cutting Diet

I really need to cut my body fat percentage. Currently I am 25-30% bodyfat and want to be 10-15% by summer. I am looking into taking T3. What kind of diet and calorie intake should I be looking at. Can someone help me out on a diet plan, cardio schedule, and workout schedule.. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    -Christian
