Cut out the beer. 5 to 6 beers is not only bad for decreasing your body fat (especially ABDOMINAL fat) - but it is boardering on the realms of an unhealthy/excessive intake.

If you want a drink, have 1 beer or 1 glass of wine, once or twice a week.

Then it is simply a matter of burning more energy than you take in. So -

Eat healthy - cut down on the saturated fats, processed sugars and high calorie foods. Stick to vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, lean meats, eggs and skim dairy.

Exercise regularly - with both cardiovascular activity and a good weight training/resistance training program.
