when you get hungry eat more protein and veggies
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Well - it could just be lack of willpower - in which case you just need to suck it up and suffer through the hunger!

But it could also be from you eating the wrong things or the wrong amount - or not replenishing your body well after your training.... So what is your current diet like?

Also - can be hormonal related - if your body is pretty low in BF (under about 10% in guys), then leptin and other things come into play and you might want to think about doing a cyclic diet so you can incorporate refeeds.

No wonder you were starving. A 400 cal breakfast? That's like 2 yogurts. I'm blessed/cursed with a blazing fast metabolism and I have to eat 600~800 calorie meals every 2.5 hours or I get hunger pains. Going through a full 8 hours of sleep is impossible for me without eating so I keep protein drinks mixed on my window sill for when I wake up starving in the middle of rest. The good thing is I never have to cut. I'm always cut.
