Arggg!! Take out the oats and add in 6g fish oils and you basically have yourself a PSMF diet there!!

I suggest you add a whole heap more REAL food to that - especially more healthy fats, more low GI, high fibre carbohydrates.

And, brown rice is fine when you are trying to lose weight.

    What I would suggest:
    Meal 1-
    7 egg white
    1/2 cup of oatmeal
    2 tsps of peanut butter
    1 multi vitamin
    Add another 0.25 cups oats.
    Increase PB to 1 tbs.
    Add another 3 egg whites.
    Add 3 fish oil capsules.

Meal 2- 2 scoops of whey protein
    16oz water
Swap protein powder for real food. eg: 5 oz chicken breast or 5 oz tuna.
Add 0.5-1 cups of carb eg: oats, brown rice, barley, rye chick-pea's, sweet potato.

Meal 3- 6oz of canned tuna
    2 cups for mix vegetables
    Add 0.5 cups of carb.
    Add 2 fish oil caps.

Meal 4- 2 scoops of whey protein
    16oz water
    Add vegetables.
And a healthy fats +/- carbs.

    Meal 5- 1 chicken breast
    2 cups of broccoli[/quote]
Add a healthy fat eg: 0.5-1 oz walnuts.

Meal 6- 2 scoops of whey protein
    16oz water
Swap to real food - slow digesting would be good. eg: caesin protein like 1% cottage cheese.
Add healthy fats as well - eg: nuts.
