will this affect my weight much?

today it was a cardio only day where i was running an 8 min 1.5 mile outside and walking to and from college about 30 mins either way. i had a very small breakfast as did not want stitch when running and after my dinner was on so patiently waited, rows at home ment dinner was no longer edible and as my parents moaned and tried to order a takeaway which was greasy and i was not very keen on having as i had 4 quater pounders day before due to no one cooking, i said i didnt want more burgers and basicly it lead to no food getting orderd and me being the one who hasnt eaten anything today, so what i really want to know is this one or well 2 days of poor diet really going to affect my bulking bad?

    cheers

Just keep to your planned diet.
There is nothing that you can do to alter the foods that you consumed/didnt consume.

We all have days where we fall off the bike, so to speak, just get back on!!

    Good luck bro.
