    off days?

is it fine to eat less on your off days, because theres no pwo shake, I seem to have a deficit of about 300 cals on my off days and dont really have time to squeeze in another meal. What do you guys think, should I spread it out among the other meals I have? I figure that I am not burning the 300 cals on my off days, so there's no need to replace them, I could be wrong though. Thanks in advance guys.

I have a shake about the same time on my off days as I would with my on days. I eat the same, workout or no workout.

same here, but I don't think the extra 300 cals are going to hurt you on the off days. I personally would try to get as much in every day

I don't bother, just go with the 300 cals less on off days. That's what the PWO is anyway, a PWO, not a meal.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

To count my cals i multiply the pwo cals by the number of times i have it during a week and divide by 7. Then add the result to my daily intake. This gives me the cals i sould be taking in.

A pwo shake does not contain fats to enable quick absorbtion. So if you are going to do a shake on a time other than pwo, make sure you include some fats to slow down absorbtion.

Well - this depends. Personally, I do not make up the calories. The point of my PWO shake is to replace and replenish and restore what the workout has takem away.

But, if you are bulking, and you are having trouble gaining - then you might want to add some more calories to your other meals to make sure you maintain a calorie surplus.

i thought that calorie cycling was a good thing to keep your metabolism in check anyways... isnt it? Or is that just for cutting?

If you are at a calorie surplus (and eating the correct foods), and you are exercising (correctly) - then your metabolism is going to be raging anyway!
