    Diet Tweeking

Trying to get this right, so that I don't make any mistakes and routinely fuck up. So here is what I eat on average.

Morning: 1/2 slowcook oatmeal + whey, coffee mixed with unsweetended cocoa powder and stevia
Snack: 1/2 a green apple and 1 tbls almond butter
Lunch: 4 oz grilled chicken, curry-spiced onions & sweet potato
Snack: other 1/2 of green apple and 1 tbls almond butter
Dinner: 4 oz grilled salmon with spinach & broccolli

Throughout the day I polish off 4 liters of water. I mix it with lemon juice and stevia extract (my body does not like aspartame or sucralose AT ALL), I was wondering if this is a stall at all, or I should be drinking my water straight with no flavourings or anything. I find it easier to drink all the water if it has something to it.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Snack: 1/2 a green apple and 1 tbls almond butter I would add some low-fat cottage cheese here or another good source of protein
Lunch: 4 oz grilled chicken, curry-spiced onions & sweet potato
Snack: other 1/2 of green apple and 1 tbls almond butter Again, a good source of protein should be included
Dinner: 4 oz grilled salmon with spinach & broccolli

I find it easier to drink all the water if it has something to it. How about trying to drink some herbal teas like green tea, peppermint, chamomile, rooibus.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Overall, I think that meal plan is great when you make those changes!

those are some very do-able suggestions for me, though I am lactose-intolerant, I could try and find a soy alternative for the cottage cheese

How about egg whites, can you have them? I'm lactose-intolerant as well, but I can still eat them.

Great! You can add 4-6 egg whites to those meals.
