Why do you need carbs post work out? If Im trying to cut and loose fat should I still eat them right after I work out? Or wait a few hours and eat them at a later meal?

You need to replace glycogen to be used for repair. Eat them PWO.

    Yup!

And if you think about it - this is one of the most sensible times you want to eat your carbs if you are trying to loose weight! It is the time when your muscles are most receptive to the carbohydrates and they will go towards this use (and not feeling your fat!!).
