    Casein such as cottage cheese or very least whey concentrate with skim milk plus oats and a peice of fruit.

    Pre you would want the casien protein (cottage cheese) this will help you stay in the fed state the entire game then you would want something faster acting post game to refuel the body. Pre try cottage cheese and some carbs then post try some whey and carbs. Be sure to keep hydrated as well.
