When you stop bulking up and start cutting, what should you eat?

Well, you want to stay away from sugar as much as possible. Stick w/ low glycemic complex carbs for the most part, lean protein and healthy fats. Processed foods should be avoided as well. Keep your protein intake relatively high and drop your cals slowly.
