    Sugar

My body is very sensitive to surcalose (Splenda), and aspartame, and that whole genre of artificial sweetners. (Gives me headaches, and upsets my stomach)

I recently picked up Stevia as an alternative to sweetening with any of those, but I can't get myself to like the taste.

Is there another sugar alternative I can use? I mainly use it to sweeten up my morning coffee, and I put a little into my oatmeal every morning

learn to love plain coffe and oats? I sometimes use sugar free maple syrup or the sugar/carb free coffee flavorings found in vitamin shoppe....not sure the products used to give the taste though sorry.

During my previous cuts I justlearned to love my oats and such with nothing at all...maybe some cin or vanilla.

I put natural applesauce in my oats and just don't care enough to drink coffee without my sugar. I enjoy a little coffee with my sugar in the morning.

Check your local health food store for something called "Nature's Treasure" by Amazon Natural Treasures. They have a website too: www.AMAZON-TREASURES.COM

It's not for everything but its great for sweetening coffee or some whole grain cereals.

You shouldn't have aspartame, it produces methanol, which coverts into formaldehyde in your body and constant low levels of formaldehyde, such as the levels produced from the aspartame in diet sodas, can be dangerous.

Also, have you tried saccharin? I don't know much about it, but it's worth a try.

I do like 2 bake some goodies (once in a while?) i search long and hard with recipes that require little 2 know sugar and substitute as Natural as possible with (Brown Sugar, Honey & Molasses...Stevia when possible?) Although...i do like the idea of Subsituting with "Apple sauce" a lot! I bet it works great!! I do have a Food processor and think will have to try and make some Home-made Apple Sauce for a new Substitute?
