Natural peanut butter on whole wheat bread

Is a little bit of natural peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat bread a good snack/meal for cutting?

as long as you are getting some protein with it, sounds good to me, although if your really looking for a good meal, throw that pb in a bowl of oats, the oats are better for you if your cutting than the bread anyways.

hell yeah, get a small bowl, add in 1 tbsp natty pb, and some sf maple syrup, mix it up real good with a fork, then nuke it for about 15-20 secs, and pour it on your oats... there is absolutely nothing better in the world

some do some dont, i use davinci pancake syrup which doesnt have anything no calories no carbs... When i run out of that (i can only get it online) i switch to cozy cottage sf syrup, its 10 cals per 1/4 cup.. and tastes great, really thick too.

IMO, that is just fat and carbs. I don't count my PB as protein really since there isn't that much in it. I would drink some protein or eat chicken.
