Hi
Ive been training for a few years now and im getting to a stage where im just not getting any stronger. I make sure that i have at least 200grams of protein every day and about 40grams of fat a day im not sure how much carbs I take but i think this might be where the problem lies.
Can any one give me any advice to change my diet.

lol, jodi i think you type this out about 15 times a day... There should be check box at the bottom of the posts that asks if users have read the stickies on the top of the page.
