    what's your guys' opinons on these cereals?

    Look good to me? just curious, the flax and original flavors have no sugars i think.

    which would you recommend?

    I am no expert but they seem ok, I think I'll stick to oats and wheat biscuits and shredded wheat .

    Im a huge fan of Kashi "Go Lean" cereal

    1 cup contains:

    140 calories
    13 grams protein
    10 grams fiber
    1 gram fat
    30 grams carbs
    6 grams sugar

    I'm a huge fan of Total cereal in the blue box...good stuff and its got hardly any sugar....and provides 100% of most daily vitamin needs.

    Hey man, thanx for putting that site up. I was able to find a store that sells those products. I've been looking for stuff like that around here forever.
