Drinking water and looking more defined.

When I work out I drink a gallon of water, and after my work out my abs look way more visible than other times during the day. Why is that? I would think drinking a lot of water would make you look bloated.

Drinking water releases stored water from your body. The more you drink, the less water your body holds.

Because the body is smart, the more water you drink, less water retention. But he is not that bright when it comes to dealing with fat.

But if drinking water causes the release of MORE water, "why" is it the point?

Do you think there is more water in the body when you are drinking a lot of water with less water retention or when your are drinking just a bit of water with a lot of water retention?
