    What to take?

I was just wondering what is the best thing to take to help me gain more mass. I know the saying, to get big eat big.
And I do.I even take weight gainer 1850..
    My stats are: 5'10" 165LBS.
I was wondering if their is something that really works. Rather than just hype..

And one more question: What are the best weight lifting techniques for your chest..I got nice arms, But my chest is small.

Thank you guys for helping me if you can!

LOL - weight gainers are great for butt-spread but will not help your muscles as much!

Basically, at the end of the day, if you are training correctly but you are not gaining, then you just have to eat more (and the correct things). What does your diet look like? Can you post your meals/when you eat/ how much etc?

I don't think the proposed "ban" was directed at the blue bunny, just his Sig. You know those warnings they put on games nowadays warning that certain combination of flashing lights and moving graphics can cause seizures in some people? Well I'm fairly certain Vieope's old sig would fall squarely in that category!
