    shopping list

    hi everyone

    i am not going to put everything in from meal to
    meal but here is what my shopping list is going to include
    -- i am not going to be a competitive bodybuilder or anything but i am very into working out
    and diet... im 5'11" about 168 lbs

    lean beef burgers
    whole wheat buns
    fat free cheese
    chicken breast
    green beans/peas
    balance bars
    eggs (5 whites 1 whole)
    ham slices
    canadian bacon
    crytal light
    tuna (with a little mayonaise)
    baked potato (with a little butter)
    whole wheat bread
    salmon
    rice pilaf
    bananas

    then sometimes i stop by a wawa and get the roasbeef/chicken salad
    Sandwich

    my supps looks like this...

    whey protein
    mulit vitamins
    glutamine (on workout days)
    flax oil




    any ideas or criticism is very appreciated... thanks
    somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......

    Without getting too detailed...

    Add to your foods -
    • Vegetables (lettuce, celery, cucumber, mushrooms, broccoli.... etc)
    • Fruits (apples, berries)
    • whole grains (oats, barley)
    • Legumes (chick peas, lentils, beans)
    • Nuts or nut butters (walnuts, almonds, peanuts)
    • Seeds (linseeds/linseed meal)
    • Skim dairy (milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese)

      Add to your suppliments -
    • fish oil capsules (take out the flax)



    There are lots of other things I would change.... but that is the basics.
