- Fruits (apples, berries)
- whole grains (oats, barley)
- Legumes (chick peas, lentils, beans)
- Nuts or nut butters (walnuts, almonds, peanuts)
- Seeds (linseeds/linseed meal)
- Skim dairy (milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese)
Add to your suppliments -- fish oil capsules (take out the flax)
There are lots of other things I would change.... but that is the basics.
