    Chicken realization...

I'm beginning to realize that just about anything tops chicken. I've used tobasco, tonight I'm using salsa, I've done cheese, ranch (when bulking), thousand island, honey mustard, ketchup, mustard... all good

Try a mix of PB, lemon/lime juice, chilli powder and garlic - SATAY!!!

(can't say I have had it on chicken, but it works on prawns/shrimp ).

Tobasco sounds really good on chicken actually. When you eat almost nothing but chicken you have to find ways to spice it up (not refering to the tobasco)

pour some salsa into a ziploc baggie with a little garlic and lemon juice, add in some hot sauce, place chicken breast in baggie and marinate for several hours, then make a bowl out of tinfoil, place chicken breast and contents of baggie into the "bowl", and seal it up, make a kind of package, twist up both ends, bake this package in the oven for about 20 mins... the chicken comes out so moist and tasty!!! Great way to cook bulk amounts of chicken, you can fit around 5 or 6 packages on one baking sheet... I cook all my chicken this way...

I tried a thai sweet chili sauce (also called mongolian fire oil) with my brown rice and chicken. It is the best thing I have found.
