    Cutting Question

    Hey Guys/Girls,
I was just wondering, I am currently working on cutting and have been doing it for a couple weeks but have stalled on fat loss (I work at a gym so I test it every couple days). I have not gained any but am stuck 13.5%, a 2.5% loss so far. But my question is do you think I need to eat more or less?
My current diet is high in protein (eggs, chicken, shakes), Carbs are from oatmeal, brown rice, and veggies, and fats, from almonds, pistacios, olives. I consume right at 2000 cals a day, and currently weigh 168, I've lost 2 lbs.
    Thanks for any help.

2000 carbs is already pretty low for 168lbs. Try cleaning up your siet some and partitioning your macros better. Eat teh majority of carbs before training and PW. Try doing either PC or PF meals. There are plenty of tricks to try to gain more fat loss without lowering cals. If you keep lowering everytime you hit a stall you wont have anywhere to go when your trying to loose those last few pounds. Also carb cycling is supposed to work wonders without going super low cal for extented periods.

Has it stalled for the last couple days or have you given it time? Could be that your body is refusing to loose any more fat as it is going into starvation mode since you have been eating 11x bw and/or probably started at that point too suddenly. The sitcky 'guide to cutting..' will help with your diet.
