    Help With 50/30/20 Split Plz.

Let me start by saying math was never really my subject in school, anyways im cutting right now and im aiming for a 50/30/20 ratio.Im taking in around 1750cal's on weight training days and about 1650-1700cal's on rest days when i just do cardio,So my question is how many grams or calories should come form each macronutrient in terms with pros, carbs,& fats?

At a 50/30/20 split, training days you would want to eat 219 grams of protein, 133 grams of carbs, and 38 grams of fat. On non-training days it will be 207 protein, 125 carbs, and 36 fat.

Thats a good split to have, especially if you are cutting. Are you sure you are eating enough though, these seem like pretty small figures.

    For Future Reference

Carbs and Protein's contain 4 Cal's per gram and Fats are 9 cals per gram. That should help you figure things out
