    Another diet question...

Hey all...I guess I should lay down my stats before I go on. I'm 30, 5'11", 180 lbs and about 23-24% bf according to one of those body-fat weight scales (I know they aren't super accurate, but at least it gives me a rough idea). My routine is gym 3 times a week and HIIT cardio 3 times a week. Although, with my current body fat, I'm sure if I went to a desired state of about 10%, I'd probably lose 20 lbs or more. So I'm wondering if it would be better to attempt to clean bulk...and if it is a clean bulk...should I continue to run? Or should I attempt to loose body-fat first, then attempt to bulk from there?

Anything over a BF of ~15% and I would not bulk - clean or not. The more fat you have, the more fat you will gain on a calorie surplus.

Get your BF down and then attempt to gain muscle.
