Oh No Protein Digestion

Does anyone here know how much protein the body can digest and use at one time. One person told me that you shouldnt consume more than 30 grms at a time because that is the limit the body can digest at one time. I am sure it is different depending on the situation but does anyone have any info on this. Thanks

As far as I know, there is no real definite answer. Amino acids can not be stored, which is why bber's eat frequent meals....to keep a constant protein intake up.

I would go w/ the 30-40 grams per sitting. I personally think it varies slightly depending on body size, it only makes sense that a 220 lb guy can digest more than a 115 lb woman. Also, post-workout is another time I'm sure the body can handle more than normal. And of course, if you're using gear at all, you'd probably be able to handle more as well.
