    Carb Cycling Question

I've recently decided to try carb cycling. I have a carb up day of about 45-50% carbs every 2 or 3 days. My low carb cays are at about 30%. My question is, should i try schedule my high carb days around my workouts...particularly the hardest ones? Currently training schedule is:

    Mon: OFf
    Tues: Back
    Wed: Chest/Shoulders
    Thurs: OFF
    Fri: Arms
    Sat: Legs
    Sun: Off

My hardest workouts are legs (of course) and back. I was wondering if it would be beneficial to schedule my high carb days on the days i do those 2 hardest workouts or if it even matters? Any opinions would be appreciated.

    Toni

Yes, you want to do the high carb days on your heavy workout days.
