so i was on spring break for a week in daytona... well anyway.. i didnt workout at all and all i cud think about was lifting. i cudnt even enjoy myself cuz i thought i was dying from not lifting and drinkin alcohol everyday.
well anyway.. while doing jello shots i thought to myself... what if u put creatine in it and make a "creatine jello shot". i dunno im just throwin out here. i havent really gave much thought to it, but i figured id share.
