personally i leave the PWO shakes out
Presently i am doing a 3 day split. Hence i do 3 pwo shakes per week. I am trying to get down to 10%bf. Instead of cutting cals low, i am trying to sit at maintenence level (~15x-16x bw) and create a cal deficit by increased wo. Hence in addition to the present 3 day split, i will be doing 3 days HIIT. So now i shall be doing 6 pwo shakes per week.
Should i count these cals as part of my total daily cals or leave them out?

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

And i'm presently at 161/26% (not accurate), i should work out total cals to be ~15-16x bw INCL 6x pwo?
I don't see why you wouldn't count PWO shakes. If anything, just make a note on the specific days that you worked out.
Always count them.
