    sugar free jam

I know some dont think highly of sugar free jams, but i dont know what else to put on my protein pancakes to make them taste good. each serving has 5gs of carbs. i know how everything needs to be in moderation. would 2 TBSPS(2 servings) of the jam per day be bad? im bulking not cutting.

i made pancakes once and was at odds as to what to put on them. i cut up an apple into very small chunks added a bit of water, sweetener, and cinnamon. let it come to a boil on the stove and then let it simmer a bit. made something similar to apple pie filling and tasted really good.

For syrup, Cary's isn't bad. Probably a lot cheaper than sf jam. It lasts me longer anywho.
