Is Isopure a good protein shake? I've been using it for a while. It has 50g of protein per serving. It also has 300 calories per serving. There aren't many protein shakes with that many grams per serving. But is it perhaps too much?
I've heard from some that that's too much for one serving and a lot of that will just go to waste and that instead I should just switch to a shake that has less protein per serving or maybe divide the serving up. Is this true?
Also, how many carbs per day should I eat? I'm trying to add bulk, not lose weight or anything.
At the moment, I take in more than 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight.
the amount of protein and carbs per meal you should be consuming is differnet for everyone as people have diffenerent metabolic rates. What is your diet currently like?
