    Green tea.....AGAIN

hey guys, now i need some advice from the other pro's in here..............................I am cuttin for the summer..When i was a newbie i went on my first cut ever and lost all my begginer gains and kept all my fat on me, i was determined to never let this happen to me again.....Now whenever i do a cut i start extra early and i loose about 1 pound of fat every 2 weeks...i think i have a great diet and my workouts are ablast too since i experimented with so much over the time i have been lifting........Well lately i have been drinking lots of green tea, and i am scared if im fucking up or not, i ussually mix 6 rassbery tea patches in 2 gallons of water and drink it during the day, i am worried if i am drinking to much green tea adn if thats bad, i do notice i feel better and more "clean" when i drink it, its just like i flush out my system and feel great.....it also helps me in the gym becasue of the caffein....any suggestions to this?? i dont wanna be overdoing the tea..........thanks guys!

thanks for the link, but it takes me not even 5 minutes to make green tea and i love to drink it.............what im most worried about is compromising my gains in any way, i dont want it to be a "weight loss" thing i want it to be a fatloss thing, and bodybuilders here know the difference, regular people dont........the pills look good, but real tea is more of a 2 gallon snack for me.....

    Green tea talk

-- why green tea? i drink green tea b-cuz of it's known "removal of toxins" effect.

-- how much green tea is 2 much? U mix (& drink) 6 tea bags/2 gallons H20 per day? "My Guess" would not see this as a problem but may b worth looking into?

-- Relation between Green tea and "Fat Loss"? Let me know when u find out!

How many caps do you take, LAM? is there a certain amount of EGCG that you try to take in a day?

Yes, Green tea is a natural antioxidant. Removes free radicals from your blood stream after a workout. Probably no harm in drinking as much as you can stand.
