    Do You Drink Crystal Light?

Anyone here drink as much Crystal Light as I do? I am on a low-carb diet and I end up drinking a TON of it! I like it a lot better than regular water.

I definetly drink more of it in the summer months when it's super hot and and I get tired of drink 2 gals a day of plan water. the raspberry flavored tea is great.

If i could by it over here, i sure as hell would.

But i do fine by mixing up a large jug of sugar free vimto every couple of days and keeping it in the fridge. It's only about 4kcals per 100ml, and i maybe use that much per jug, so i don't sweat it.

3 litres a day right now - just started on pre-contest diet and consuming water is always a struggle for me... only just started on the stuff, I used to hate it.

Walmart has an "off brand" that tastes just as good and is cheaper. Try it, if you like Crystal Lite you will like this.

Target has a house brand as well. I travel a lot, and I keep about 10 of the individual serving packets in my bag. They each do 20 oz, and since the water tastes like crap from most airport bottles or the taps in a lot of places, I don't leave home without them. I've even been able to mostly cut our diet soda with them.
