I pack food with me for work, what are some good fruits and veggies to take.

I am looking to lose weight, and want to start implimenting more fruits and veggies to my diet. What are some good ones to take. I love those little baby carrots, but I hear they have lots of sugar.

    Any advice here is appreciated.

    Thanks

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

i buy the huge frozen bags of mixed veggies, whenever im making a meal for the next day at work, i just add them in frozen, and stick them in the fridge, by the time i eat them the next day, they are all defrosted and ready to eat. My fav is the california blend (broccoli, cauiliflower, carrots)

    Celery sticks
    Pre-steamed brussel sprouts
    Cucumber
Broccoli, cauliflower or zucchini (raw or lightly pre-steamed)
Tupperware container with salad in it (lettuce, tomato, mushroom, cucumber etc)
    Green beans

    An apple
    A pear
    A banana
    Berries (in a tupperware container)

Anything can be quick and easy if you just cut it up and put it into a tupperware container.
