Cube it and cook it in 1 tbs of olive oil, add salt and pepper, capers, and the juice of a lemon after its browned.
It'll be done in 8 minutes, 28 if you have to goto the store to get all the ingredients..

I've got one last boneless skinless chicken breast and i dug out my old george foreman grill from the basement.
Give me some good ideas.
Also, I can cook up some brown rice to go along with the breast and i have a few veggies left (celery, lettuce and what looks like a tomato).
Cube it and cook it in 1 tbs of olive oil, add salt and pepper, capers, and the juice of a lemon after its browned.

Never leave sight of your goal without doing something to attain it
when i cook mine i try different things, but a few things that worked awesome for me before. try using some lemon pepper seasoning on it alone (no salt or pepper needed, the lemon pepper rules chicken lol).
also steak seasoning combinations work great. throw some of that on there with cumin or cayanne pepper seasoning, or chop up the chicken and throw it in a bowl of rice with some sauces![]()
plug it in...put the chicken in the grill...leave it there till cooked and ur set!
Add seasonings to taste.

i make a lot of chicken on the foreman grill....i def prefer some sort of marinade and you gotta cook it awihle...chicken cooks slow...i usually prop the grill so its level and leave the top off and just grill each side slowly
