I was looking at a nutrition label when I was shopping yesterday. They had a guidline for what a man should eat (2500 cals a day) and a women (2000). It mentioned that men should eat 95 grams of fat with their diet! I can't see how anyone not on a big bulk could eat that much fat....
Does anyone know how they come to these figures?

here in oz it dont say crap about that. It says nutrients per serve. Then it has another column for per 100g. In a lot of cases per serve is about 4 serves per container..... but because of the per 100g you get a percentage value straight up.
Do they have a site? if so can u post a link to that product details?
