    Milk

is it bad to drink to much milk? I drink about a litre or more of whole milk a day. I think its perpetuating my beer gut cause ive been doing situps as part of my daily workout for about 2 mos now and i have little to no definition in my stomach let alone a six pack. other than the milk i usually eat a bowl of vector for breakfast a sandwich or eggs for lunch protein powder after the gym, fruit throughout the day and whatever my mom makes me for dinner . i wouldnt consider myself fat im 20 yrs old 6' and 170 lbs... how can i lose my gut should i switch to 2% (skim is out of the question id rather drink bud lites) stop drinking so much milk or am i on the right track?

Stop drinking so much milk.....not to mention you need to get more of a routine to your diet (read the stickies at the top). Milk is good but (like everything else) in moderation. I don't know about the 2% thing, I drink skim. You may be getting too much unhealthy fat, would 1% be passable for you?

Post your diet and BF and you will be able to get a load more help.

p.s. sit ups won't make your stomache loose fat, that comes from diet and cardio
