I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Whoa, that is nowhere near enough food. If you starve yourself you body will only retain weight as it goes into "starvation mode" Eating such small amount of food can have severe effects on your metabolism.

Everyone wants to lose weight, and despite how good things show up on the scale, you could be loosing lots of leanbody mass eating such a small amount of food. If you loose weight too fast you will lose muscle and you will never be able to eat normal again and maintain your weight. Read the stickes to find out some more info.
